As a self-employed person, there is no one to push or motivate you. This is often where the biggest challenge lies. Some days it feels overwhelming to have to make all the decisions on your own. This meditation is intended to help you find more focus and motivation for your daily tasks, especially for those that seem unpleasant to you or that you may be putting off. Internalize the idea that every task, no matter how unpleasant, brings you closer to your goal. You decide what you focus on and can consciously direct your energy to what is essential.
