Grilled potatoes with vegetables from the gas grill. Today we are making a delicious and simple side dish from the gas grill. The nice thing about this side dish is that you can make a larger amount quickly and easily. So let's get started and take a look at the ingredients. Ingredients: 1 kg small waxy potatoes 1 large bell pepper 2-3 medium-sized onions 1 spring onion some roasted garlic from Ankerkraut some rosemary garlic oil (100ml oil, 1 tbsp rosemary chopped, 1 clove of garlic and 1 tsp salt) Preparation: The preparation today is really very simple. First we have to wash and clean our potatoes. We now cut the potatoes into wedges and then put them in a slightly larger bowl. Now we cut the bell peppers and onions into large pieces and add these to the potatoes in the bowl. After we have finished cutting, we add the rosemary oil to the potatoes and vegetables. We now mix everything well so that everything is well coated with the oil. The oil is to prevent the potatoes and vegetables from burning in the grill basket. When everything is well coated with oil, we can now put everything in the grill basket. In the meantime, we have heated up the grill and divided it into direct and indirect zones. We have set the direct area to ¾ power and that is exactly where we are now placing the grill basket. We want to get some roasted aromas on the potatoes and vegetables, but we have to be careful that nothing burns. So always keep an eye on the grill basket and turn the potatoes and vegetables more often. When we have got some roasted aromas on everything, we can now move the grill basket to the indirect area and let the potatoes cook there. Depending on the size of your potatoes, they may or may not need a little longer. So it is best to start checking whether they are cooked after around 25 minutes at around 160 degrees. When your potatoes are cooked, we take them off the grill and add some more of the roasted garlic over them. This gives them a nice flavor. Our grilled side dish is now ready. If you liked it, I would be happy to receive feedback and maybe a picture. Have fun trying it out.
