The Chapada Community is a simple, calm place, full of good stories and with that smell of wet earth that brings back memories of those who had a childhood in the countryside. In this community, our presenter Matheus Boa Sorte had the honor of getting to know and sharing the flavors of Minas Gerais cuisine alongside chef Zé Loreto. The highlight of the day's menu was a paella from Minas Gerais made with great care and good seasoning.
