polivaks polishing mold release agent product is applied to you after 15 minutes it is polished with cotton without pressing too much this process is done 5 times polivak eco pva liquid silicone is applied to the polished surface softly with the tip of the brush it is waited for 45 minutes the ambient temperature is minimum 15 degrees. temperature is important in the applied mixture ratio i used turquoise brand cast type polyester the hardener material ratio which we call cobalt is 6 percent. even 1 drop is enough for 200 gr of white accelerator material. cobalt and accelerator should be stored in separate places while preparing the polyester mixture it is flammable. polyester is first mixed with the colored material there is no freezing issue the white accelerator freezes in 15 minutes after it is added. I applied 4-5 layers in total for the mold, but it is useful to apply 10 layers to make your mold strong.
