Welcome back to #Moro! We start with a new menu, the one dedicated to Christmas Eve. For appetizer I thought of two types of polenta crostini. One with creamed cod, a classic that Fabio loves, and the other with Gorgonzola, in particular Igor Gorgonzola Dolce, which is creamy and delicate and melts slightly when in contact with hot polenta.
