You've probably heard more than once that words create reality. The one around us, but also the one inside us. That what we say to ourselves, and what we hear, determines what we think about ourselves and the world. Whether we believe in ourselves or doubt. Do we fight or rather go with the flow. Are we able to love ourselves and others or are we afraid of closeness. Words can strengthen and mobilize us, they can also hurt and weaken us. They can act like spells or curses, especially if we heard them often in childhood, and from people important to us. But it doesn't have to be that way either, we have an influence on whether a word will sink into us, flow down us or bounce off us.
