It is not about forcing tulips, but about comfortable care of primroses on a balcony. It will help those who want to get a blooming garden on the balcony in an apartment building. What is needed for blooming spring tulips on a balcony: 1. Unheated glazed balcony 2. Good bulbs 3. A properly selected pot 4. Drainage and fertile soil. 5. Winter care of pots on a balcony.
