Pour 80 g of water into the dry ingredients and mix until the consistency of soft sticky dough. Cover the dough with a towel and set aside. 3. Put tomatoes in salted water and a small amount of juice, a pinch of sugar, a pinch of salt, dried basil in a cutter and beat. 4. Cut the sausage into thin circles. 5. Cut the tomato into thin slices and the mushrooms into small pieces. 6. Grate the suluguni cheese on a coarse grater. 7.
