Making pizza dough with Bimby will only take you 3 minutes and, if you follow the steps described in the recipe, you can get an elastic, soft and well-leavened dough. Remember to start preparing the pizza dough at least a couple of hours before baking the pizzas, so as to allow for good leavening. Once you have the dough, instead of forming a single mass, you can divide it into as many loaves as the pizzas you want to obtain (depending on the size you have chosen); place the loaves on a tray, spacing them a few centimeters apart from each other and then let them rise, in a warm place without drafts, covered with a clean cloth. Store the leftover pizza dough in the refrigerator for a day at most, closed in an airtight container.
