😍Hi everyone, the story I want to tell you today is really very curious... browsing through my grandmother's notebook, found by chance in a drawer, I stumbled upon a recipe that immediately struck me! So I went to my dad and asked him if he knew these pipieddas incapparasa... and he replied that they must have been the Sardinian biscuits with white icing that my grandmother, and therefore my mother, always prepared for him on Sundays and holidays to enjoy together with tea. So I asked them to explain what shape they were and reading the ingredients I went by intuition regarding the procedure. My dad, seeing and eating them, complimented me, telling me that they were really them!!! So I wanted to share this precious recipe with you.❤️😘 They are truly delicious and very soft! Try them, you will be amazed as it happened to me! 😋Happy Sunday! ♡I hug you tight! 🌞 #Sardinia #SardinianDesserts #Recipes •••♡ ✎Here you can find the printable recipe↓↓↓ https://www.lericettedimami.it/le-ric... •••♡ 📝INGREDIENTS for 20 biscuits: FOR THE SHORTCRUST PASTRY: ✔️ 500 g of flour ✔️ the zest of an organic lemon ✔️ 100 g of sugar ✔️ 25 g of water ✔️ 25 g of honey ✔️ 3 egg yolks (of large eggs) + 1 whole egg ✔️ a pinch of salt ✔️ 150 g of lard ✔️ a sachet of vanilla yeast FOR SA CAPPA: ✔️ 2 egg whites ✔️ 150 g of icing sugar ✔️ 2 drops of lemon, filtered FOR THE FINAL DECORATION: ✔️ sa traggera (colored or silver balls) 💕 YOU CAN ALSO FIND ME ON: 🌺 twitter: / camartamc 🌺 instagram: / le_ricette_di_mami 🌺 facebook: / ledolciricettedimami 🌺 email: [email protected] 🌺 telegram: https://t.me/camartamc
