The combination of legumes and rice makes this dish a super complete meal. INGREDIENTS: 150 grams of legumes One onion 8 garlic cloves One bay leaf Paprika Oil Rice Salt. PREPARATION: Soak the beans in cold water the night before. The next morning, drain them and put them in a mesh pot, cover them with cold water and add the bay leaf, 3 garlic cloves, a piece of onion and a dash of oil. Close the pot and when the 2 lines on the valve rise, lower the heat to minimum and count 9 minutes. Remove the pot from the heat and wait for the 2 lines on the valve to fall. Transfer the beans to a saucepan and cover them abundantly with the cooking broth, adding the vegetables. In a frying pan, brown the remaining garlic cloves and remove them. In this oil, we fry the onion and once fried, we remove it from the heat and add a little paprika, stirring it. Pour it into the pot with the beans and add the salt. Let them cook for about 20 minutes. After this time, we add the rice and let them boil for 18 minutes.
