His mother's lineage also connects him to Sunan Gunung Jati. Founder of the Sidogiri Islamic Boarding School: Sayyid Sulaiman is the founder of the Sidogiri Islamic Boarding School in Pasuruan1. This Islamic boarding school still stands strong and is a center for religious education. Mojoagung Tomb: Sayyid Sulaiman's tomb is located in Mancilan Village, Mojoagung District. Every Friday night Legi, hundreds or even thousands of pilgrims come to make a pilgrimage and ask for blessings at this place.
