???? More information in the video description below ???? In this video I turned around 2kg of Australian boiled beef into a pincanha on a rotisserie. This Brazilian speciality is cut into pieces around 3cm thick, bent with the fat cap and skewered. The other pieces are then placed in the opposite direction to the previous one. This creates a nice wave shape and the meat is easy to cut. The meat needed 50 minutes at 220 degrees to cook. Enjoy watching!
