How to place a camera trap correctly? In the summer months, the best place for me is by the water, where the animals come to cool off and drink. The European bison is the largest wild animal in Slovakia. A male can weigh up to 1000kg and be up to 3m long. This bison was captured by a camera trap in the Poloniny National Park when it came to drink from a puddle, where deer and wild boar also come to drink. And a wolf stopped there a few times.
