Photographing in the woods is a never-ending adventure, photographing mushrooms, leaves, moss, flowers, trees, bark, insects, shadows, lights, contrasts. I decided to go into the woods the day after a nice storm in the hope of finding humidity, coolness, mist, lights and contrasts and many subjects that populate the woods in autumn. Following a path in the woods I reached an isolated valley, far from noise, populated by very tall Turkey oaks and other tree species such as maple, ash and elm, the ideal place to find the biodiversity that favors the presence of flowers, mushrooms, insects, birds and mammals. I found many mushrooms but the light was really low and the tripod did not allow me to lower myself enough, so I was forced to take many shots by hand, often lying on the ground in the damp grass, mud and earth, hahaha...
