On the banks of the Dulce River, lovers of Santiago folklore gathered together with Jorge Luis Carabajal, the successor of this traditional proposal born in the 70s, to pay tribute to the chacarera, one of the most popular rhythms of our folklore. Jorge's father, Agustín Carabajal, legendary author of "La Telesita" and founder of the group Los Carabajal, was the creator and main promoter of this celebration. In the 48th edition of the festival, musicians from all corners of the province spilled ancestral melodies and made the entire town dance in what was called the "Fiesta Churita." Program broadcast by Argentine Public Television on January 23, 2019.
