The voice has a powerful influence. In this educational talk, Emma shows us the keys to how to use our voice to be more persuasive. These keys are extracted from the latest research she has done herself. Emma has been researching and teaching how to use the voice to speak in public for more than 20 years. She is a journalist and professor in the Department of Communication at UPF, with a PhD in Communication and a PhD in Psychology. She is the author of more than 12 books and 70 scientific articles on voice and speech, and has extensive experience working in radio.
