Painter Verena Matzen (@verenamatzen) moved into her new 180m² apartment, located in a building built in the 1950s, a few months ago. The property is divided into a large studio room, a pantry, a dining room, a kitchen, three bedrooms and a small winter garden. Located in Jardim Paulistano, the project was inspired by a studio house in an urban environment, seeking to preserve the original features. Verena (@verenamatzen), together with her partner at Atelier Cité (@ateliercite), Isabelle Tuchband (@isabelletuchband), carried out the renovation, with the painter living in the apartment. I preserved the entire original project, ripping out all the wooden and vinyl plastic floors to rebuild the original. A meticulous restoration carried out with a lot of love and dedication. The pink perobinha floor, the kitchen tiles and the plated marble in the entrance were rescued. It is classic and timeless, and a mix of contemporary classic. 👉 Visit the blog for more details: https://www.casadevalentina.com.br/bl... The project started as a blog in 2008, the result of my passion for decorating spaces, when I was setting up my first house. Over time and with a lot of dedication, Casa de Valentina grew, gained momentum and matured. I received invitations to write articles for the main magazines in the segment, I was on the cover of a magazine and we won the title of the most influential design and décor blog in Latin America. Here on YouTube, you will find a select selection of architectural projects, with good decoration and interior solutions. A space for us to share inspiration and good taste!
