Who can receive a lump sum payment in the amount of ten pensions: persons who have been assigned old-age pensions (from October 1, 2011 in accordance with Law No. 1058); persons who, on the day of reaching the retirement age stipulated in Article 26 of Law No. 1058, worked in institutions and institutions of state or municipal ownership in positions where work gives the right to the assignment of a pension for long service; persons who have the necessary insurance experience in certain positions; persons who have not previously received any other pension.
