Pempek Palembang uses 100% mackerel which can be used up to 10Kg a day, it is extraordinary. The pempek is soft, the savory taste is just right, the crispiness is delicious, and the mackerel is very pronounced. The best-selling Pempek Palembang OKE Losufan Dua is the extraordinary Pempek Lenggang, a grilled pempek which is a mixture of mackerel mixed with duck eggs then placed in a banana leaf and then baked for about 10-15 minutes. There is also Pempek Panggang Tunu which is a mixture of mackerel filled with dried shrimp and cuko sauce, the taste is very delicious.
