NUTRITIONAL TV IN THE KITCHEN! In this program I am going to teach you how I prepare these delicious Peanut Butter Balls. The ingredients are: 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1 cup natural oats, 1/4 cup honey, 2 tablespoons flaxseed, 1 tablespoon vanilla extract. Mix all ingredients in a deep dish. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove from the refrigerator and use your fingers to form balls of approximately 2 cm. Store in the refrigerator in a covered container so they do not harden (2 balls are equivalent to 1 carbohydrate equivalent and 1 fat equivalent).
