For a snack, try this spectacular OIL-BASED PEANUT CAKE ????????! Which @lucianogarciapastelero taught us from his home on today's show. Enjoy it! ????. . Ingredients: Oil sponge cake: Eggs 5 units. Sugar 215 g. Milk 165 cc. Flour 0000 215 g. Processed peanuts 100 g. Olive or sunflower oil 200 g. Baking powder 15 g. Peanut paste or confectioner's dulce de leche 500 g. . Procedure: 1.⚡ Beat the eggs with the sugar until white. 2.⚡ Add the milk and then the sifted dry ingredients. 3.⚡ Finally, add the oil to one part and then mix it with the whole. 4.⚡ Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 180ºC for approximately 25 minutes. 5.⚡ Let cool, ideal if you make the cake the day before, and cut with a saw in half. 6.⚡ Fill with peanut paste, dulce de leche or chocolate ganache. 7.⚡ Sprinkle with powdered sugar or cover with icing.
