Ingredients: gutted tiger prawns (about 15 pieces) 2 peeled tomatoes heaped tablespoon of chopped garlic half an onion half a bunch of parsley a few leaves of fresh basil fat for frying half a glass of dry white wine 20 g butter tablespoon of mascarpone spaghetti (I used fresh) salt and pepper Preparation: Prepare the tomatoes by cutting them into quarters (watch the film All About Tomatoes: • PASCAL AT HOME! All About Tomatoes ... ) and remove the seeds. Then cut the quarters into cubes. Now chop the garlic and add salt to it. Season the prawns with salt and mix. Chop the onion and finely chop the washed parsley and basil. Add the garlic to the heated frying fat, after a while add the onion, then the tomatoes. Mix everything together and remove from the pan. Then add a little frying fat to the same pan and throw the shrimps on high heat - fry them for max. 4 minutes (depending on their size). Do not stir, just shake the pan, after this time add the wine, which you need to reduce. In the meantime, cook the pasta according to the recipe on the package (mine cooked for 2-3 minutes). You can add the previously fried tomatoes with onion and garlic back to the shrimps. The sauce should be thickened with butter - add it to the pan to the whole and mix. Then add the cooked pasta, mascarpone and parsley with basil, add a little salt and pepper at the end. The dish is ready! Enjoy :)
