Starting another Hybrid Simulation model with AnyLogic, we will simulate a bus route in a city in the interior of Minas Gerais, with its bus stops coded in latitude and longitude. Passengers will travel randomly through the urban area of the city and will be able to use the bus to travel, if they wish and if the bus stop is at most 300m away from where they are. The bus will get off randomly, just to indicate a flow of people riding this mode. The model is built in 2D for better visualization on the GIS map, with great interaction between the flow of processes at the bus stop and the behavior of the state diagram of the buses and passengers. The model developed is based on the SBPO 2024 article in the link below, for further knowledge. https://proceedings.science/sbpo/sbpo... This video is another fundamental step in our Hybrid Simulation learning journey. Keep watching to deepen your knowledge and get ready to explore more complex models in the next videos!
