In a container, put the corn flour and add the milk little by little while mixing until complete with 1 liter. Add the onions and mix. This preparation can be made and left to rest covered for 1 night in the refrigerator so that the corn flour hydrates as much as possible. Put the eggs in a mixer with a pinch of salt and beat until you get the letter point. Add the Paraguay Cheese to the preparation crumbled by hand, add the eggs and mix with a folding motion. Preheat a dish with 50 ml of oil in an oven at 220 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove the dish from the oven, add the mixture, distribute evenly and bake at 200 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until it has a nice golden color.
