The Labor Reform will come into effect in November of this year. More than 100 items of the current CLT, the Consolidation of Labor Laws, have been modified. The government guarantees that workers' rights are preserved and that the changes will boost job creation. However, organizations that represent workers do not agree with these statements. This edition of Panorama will answer questions about the new Law with the help of the following guests: Danilo Pieri Pereira, lawyer, member of the Labor Procedural Law Commission of the OAB-SP; and Clemente Ganz Lúcio, technical director of Dieese (Inter-Union Department of Statistics and Socioeconomic Studies).
