In the video, I tell you about my slightly changed life situation and make a super good and affordable lentil stew! ???? Paju / @pajunkissa / pajunkissa HEAVENLY LENTIL STEW ~ for 4 • olive oil • a couple of garlic cloves • one large onion • 1 tsp turmeric • 2 tsp garam masala • 1 tsp chili powder • 2 tsp cumin • 2 cans crushed tomatoes • 2 dl red lentils • about 1 dl water • vegetable stock cube (e.g. Reformi organic) • 1 can coconut milk • juice of half a lemon • fresh coriander 1. Start by sautéing the onions in olive oil. 2. Add the spices. If you are wary of spicy or hot dishes, season carefully first and add more during the cooking phase if necessary. 3. Pour the tomato puree and rinsed lentils into the pot. Add a good splash of water and a vegetable stock cube. Let it sit for a while and stir occasionally. 4. Add the coconut milk and let the mixture boil. Reduce the heat and let the stew simmer for half an hour, until the lentils are cooked. 5. Check the taste and add the juice of half a lemon. 6.
