After fainting with pain in his back and chest, our 76-year-old patient came to our hospital and as a result of the tests performed, it was understood that his aorta had ruptured due to high blood pressure. Our patient, who was taken into surgery without delay by our Cardiovascular Surgery Specialist Op. Dr. Fikri Kutlay, underwent successful surgical treatment.
