It begins with an assignment given to a group of children studying in the 5th grade of primary school to better understand Atatürk. This assignment will be a long and educational journey for them to take into the life of our Ataturk and the story of our country's liberation. The award-winning historian "Grandfather" of one of the children who will lead them on this journey. But this "Grandfather" is not like other historians at all. Far from telling history as a boring past, he is like a historian of a fantastic world. He tells the children about Mustafa Kemal's childhood, school life, and military career. He takes them to the most important fronts of the War of Independence, and introduces them to the unique heroes of the Turkish people who showed an unprecedented resistance in the world. He teaches the efforts of the country that was created from nothing with the foundation of the Republic and the admirable human characteristics of Ata, sometimes with animations and sometimes with photos and videos from history.
