I headed to Otari Village, a hot spring resort where I had been about 20 years ago and was impressed by the atmosphere of a hot spring resort and the historic wooden architecture. For lunch, I went to Sushikatsu, a sushi restaurant loved by locals in Itoigawa, Niigata, and then stopped by Otari Roadside Station in Otari Village before heading to Otari Onsen Yamada Ryokan, Oyumoto, Otari Village, with over 450 years of history.
