Recording of a lecture with a discussion, organized by the European Cultural Club together with the Council of Scientific Societies on October 5, 2023 on the topic: Disinformation as a Weapon. Lecturer: Col. Mgr. Otakar Foltýn (*1976), served as an officer of the General Staff from 2004 to 2016 and in the special forces from 2017-2022. He was deployed in Kosovo and Afghanistan. In 2022 - 2023 he was the Chief of the Military Police, currently serving as Deputy Chief of the Military Office of the President of the Republic. In addition, he is also engaged in pedagogical activities at the Faculty of Arts of Charles University and at CEVRU. He also deals with international law and the issue of hybrid conflicts.
