The OSPA presents the Carmina Burana concert, part of the OSPA Casa series, featuring one of the most impactful works in the world symphonic repertoire in celebration of the Bicentennial of German Immigration to Rio Grande do Sul. Under the baton of maestro Manfredo Schmiedt, the Porto Alegre Symphony Orchestra will be accompanied by more than 180 voices, including the OSPA Symphonic Choir, the PUCRS Chamber Choir, the UFRGS Choir, and the Youth Choir and Children's Choir of the OSPA School of Music. The program features Carl Orff's masterpiece, with solos performed by soprano Maria Sole Gallevi, tenor Rodrigo Olmedo, and baritone Vinícius Atique.
