Subscribe! - https://bit.ly/2HbpWoA For Armağan Çağlayan's outfit: http://www.onlukatolyesi.com/ Follow us on social media: Instagram: / 196.sekiz Twitter: / 196sekiz Classic Ayvalık Toast 1 slice of Ayvalık toast bread 6 slices of Yanturalı sucuk or butcher's sucuk 5-6 slices of low-salt Bergama tulumu 1 pickled cucumber Half a tomato 1 pinch of salt Margarine or butter • Turn on and preheat your toaster. • Open up 1 bread and place 5 sliced tulum cheese. • Place 6 slices of sucuk in the toaster and cook until the top gets a color, not too much. Then place it in the bread. • Grease the bottom and top of the bread with margarine and place it in the machine. • Slice half a tomato thinly. • Slice 1 pickle lengthwise. • After taking the cooked toast onto a serving plate, open it up and place the tomato and pickle that you have cut. After sprinkling a pinch of salt, the original Ayvalık toast is ready. Enjoy your meal. Ayvalık Toast 1 slice of Ayvalık toast bread 350 ml water, 1 large glass 1 tablespoon tomato paste 1 long thin sausage 4 slices of sucuk 3 slices of salami 3-4 slices of kashar cheese 1 pinch salt 1 pickled cucumber Half a tomato Margarine or butter Ketchup & Mayonnaise • Heat the toaster. You can grease it with a little margarine at this stage if you wish. • Put a tablespoon of tomato paste in a sauce pan. Add 1 large glass of water on top. Let it boil. • Cut 1 sausage into 6 thin slices. Add to the sauce pan to boil. • Slice half a tomato thinly. Cut 1 pickle into four lengthwise. • Place 4 slices of sausage and 3 slices of salami on top of each other inside the bread that you have opened. Add 3 slices of kashar cheese and grease the bottom and top of the bread with margarine, then place it in the toaster. • Turn the toast after 3-4 minutes. When the outer surface is golden, the cheese is melted and crispy, the toast is ready. Place the tomatoes and pickles that you have cut into the toast that you have taken from the machine. Sprinkle a pinch of salt. Add ketchup and mayonnaise to your liking. • Crispy, delicious Ayvalık toast is ready. Enjoy.
