Spartak Ngjela has given an interesting version, tonight, in the show "Opinion" regarding the murder of Qemal Stafa. For Ngjela, Enver Hoxha could not have given the order for the murder of Stafa, but he was aware of this murder. He said that Qemal Stafa, a well-known name in the history of communism in Albania, was assassinated, most likely on the orders of Miladin Popovic.
