In Santiago Astata, Oaxaca, we inaugurated the Health Center with expanded services; it was taken over by President Andrés Manuel López Obrador and is 100 percent complete. The consolidation of IMSS-Bienestar, the new public health system for Mexicans, is advancing after 36 years of neoliberalism that privatized services and generated corruption. That is over. Since the last administration, state governments that wanted to create an honest government signed with IMSS-Bienestar. Now, the federal government carries out its main task: taking care of the health of the population. IMSS-Bienestar is not only health centers and hospitals; the objective is to visit homes in each community. If a person did not attend their appointment, we will go see them to verify their health situation; hence the importance of the committees that we form throughout the country. Its members are part of the program La Clínica es Nuestra, but with the objective of bringing health to the territory, as will Salud Casa por Casa. In this way we will fulfill the purpose of IMSS-Bienestar: prevention, health care and communication between the population and medical units. In health as in all areas: with the people, everything; without the people, nothing. We continue the works and start more for the benefit of the people of Oaxaca. The highway from Salina Cruz to Pinotepa Nacional and Zihuatanejo is one of the strategic projects that we agreed upon with Governor Salomón Jara Cruz. We also consider drinking water works, continuing the program of artisanal roads and rehabilitating all the roads. We continue to form the Interoceanic Corridor of the Isthmus of Tehuantepec; one of its trains will connect to Chiapas, on the border with Guatemala. We fulfilled the commitment and the transformation continues. All the Programs for Well-Being are already constitutional rights. Next year we will invest 800 billion pesos. In 2025 we will celebrate the election of judges, magistrates, ministers. We were criticized for saying that in no country in the world are they elected, but Mexico will be an example to the world that there is democracy to elect a president, Congress and the Judiciary.
