When our Golf 6 customer first brought the vehicle to us, the water boiling problem in his vehicle came to us with water loss and water sound. In this regard, when we completely overhauled the water system, we noticed that the additional water pump was not working. We noticed that there was no electricity coming to the additional water pump and checked the electrical installation of the water pump and found that the fuse had been removed. After this situation, when we started the vehicle, we saw that the water air of the vehicle was not taken normally. Thereupon, we noticed that the water cooled intercoin pipes were entering the radiator properly but not leaving properly. Thereupon, when we removed the radiator and checked if there was any dirt inside, the radiator was blocked. Then, we started to use our vehicle by taking the air out again. However, this air came out with a little difficulty and when it was fixed and stable, our vehicle, which did not have any hose inflation, started to inflate the hose again with a little difficulty when we hit the ramp and at the same time, we found that the heater radiator, which was claimed to have been replaced, did not give any heat or temperature to the interior. In this case, the water flow was not smooth and the air was not taken in properly. Then, in order to check the cylinder head gasket, we removed the cylinder head gasket and replaced the cylinder head gasket. We detected that the compressor was burnt and that the hoses were inflated due to excessive pressures. We fixed it by reassembling the cylinder head and started our vehicle. We detected that the air was difficult to get out again. We replaced the heater core, which had been previously processed differently, by removing the dashboard and we detected that the heater core was clogged by removing the blocker even though it was new. As a result of the detections, we managed to replace the heater core and get the air out of the vehicle normally. As a result of the test that lasted about 2 days, no problem was seen in our vehicle. The sound that occurred when we started it in the mornings or vaguely due to the lack of electricity to the vanus in the engine also disappeared. As a result of my observations, I can easily say that this situation is completely due to the electrical components in the fuse box.
