Ingredients For 4 servings 4 chicken breast fillets (approx. 500 g) 3 white onions (large) 200g mushrooms 2 tbsp oil (for frying) 1 tbsp Mondamin (use more if necessary) 200 ml whipping cream 150 ml vegetable stock Salt Pepper 1 tsp thyme (dried and shredded) 1 tsp oregano (dried and shredded) 1 tsp marjoram (dried and shredded) Preparation 1. Put the chicken breast fillets in a casserole dish. 2. Halve the onions and cut into strips. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onions until they take on some color. Add the flour and mix well. Add the cream and vegetable stock and stir carefully until the sauce begins to thicken. Season well with salt, pepper, thyme, oregano and marjoram and cook for approx. 2 minutes. 3. Pour the onion cream sauce over the chicken breast fillets and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees on the second rack from the bottom for about 30 minutes. Top and bottom heat.
