Put garlic, shallots, white part of spring onions and shrimp into a blender, puree until smooth 2. Heat oil, add ground spices, stir well then add pepper, saute on medium low heat until fragrant 3. Add oyster sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil, saute for a moment then add margarine, stir well 4. Put the spices in a heat-resistant jar or other closed container 5. Slice red chili, cayenne pepper, remaining spring onions, fish balls and chicken fillet 6. Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper and cornstarch, mix well 7. Heat a little oil, add the eggs, stir-fry for a moment then add the chicken and fish balls, stir-fry until cooked 8. Add the rice, red chili, spring onions, basic spices, granulated sugar, flavoring and sweet soy sauce, cook for a moment 9. Add oyster sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Saute briefly, then add margarine. Mix well. 4. Put the spice mix in a heatproof jar or other sealed container. 5. Slice the red chili, Thai chili, remaining green onion, fish balls, and chicken. 6. Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper, and cornstarch. Mix well. 7. Heat a little oil. Add eggs and sauté briefly, then add chicken and fish balls. Sauté until cooked. 8. Add rice, red chili, green onion, spice mix, sugar, MSG, and sweet soy sauce. Cook briefly. 9.
