Pear Ginger Tea Ingredients: 3 pears (2,400g), 1kg ginger, 1 lemon, 1kg sugar, 600ml water. 1. Wash the ginger to remove any dirt, peel, and wash 2-3 times. 2. Soak the pears and lemons in vinegar for 5 minutes, then wash. 3. Cut the ginger and pear into bite-size pieces and grind finely in a blender. 4. Put the grated ginger and pear in a pear strainer and use only the juice. (Make ginger tea by adding the dried ginger and sugar in a 1:1 ratio.) 5. If you leave the ginger for more than 30 minutes, a white part will form at the bottom. Use only the broth. 6. Add the pear juice, ginger, lemon juice, and sugar and boil over high heat. 7. Once it boils vigorously, turn the heat to medium and stir in between. 8. Turn the heat to medium, and when bubbles start to form, turn the heat to low and stir. 9. When the broth has reduced to some extent, it will be easier to eat without being hard. 10. Pour the cooled pear ginger tea into a sterilized bottle, let it cool completely, then store in the refrigerator and enjoy. 11. The pear ginger tea is complete. Enjoy.
