This is the second installment of Osechi Week! We will teach you how to make "Gisei Tofu", which is always included in "Sanpiryoron's" Osechi. You will need an oven and a cake mold, but you can recreate the taste of the restaurant with just simple ingredients, so please give it a try. ↓Subscribe to the channel here↓※Scheduled to be released every Wednesday and Saturday from 7pm http://www.youtube.com/@sanpiryoron?s... ■Gisei Tofu (serves 2-3) Ingredients: 300g firm tofu, 3 shiitake mushrooms, 5 mitsuba, 30g kintoki carrots, 3 eggs, 1 tablespoon salad oil A (25cc light soy sauce, 30g sugar) Directions: 1. Wrap the tofu in paper towels and place a weight on it to drain for about 30 minutes, then break it into appropriate sizes with your hands. 2. Cut off the hard part of the stem of the shiitake mushroom and slice it thinly. Cut the mitsuba into 1cm lengths. Peel the carrots with a peeler and cut them into thin strips. Beat the eggs. ③ Add oil to a frying pan and fry the shiitake mushrooms and carrots until they are soft. Add the tofu and fry while evaporating the moisture. ④ Add A and stir fry. Turn off the heat and add half the eggs and mix. Add the rest, mix and cook until half-cooked. Add mitsuba and mix. ⑤ Line a mold with parchment paper and place ④ in it. Smooth the surface, remove the air and bake in a 250° oven for 20-30 minutes. ⑥ Once completely cooled, remove from the mold and cut into bite-sized pieces.
