Štrpce, Šar-planina, Brezovica, kaval, šarplaninci, sheep and šar cheese. These are the symbols and themes of these places in Kosovo and Metohija. In Štrpac, we spoke with Miodrag Režić, a kaval player, and we also heard his wife singing with the kaval. Next to the "Molika" hotel in Brezovica, we met Ismet Ademi, a shepherd who looks after the largest flock of sheep in the area. He told us that they still have Sharjah cheese, but we also talked about other things. All these are stories that need to be heard, but in the municipality of Štrpce, there is a mountain village where time seems to stand still. Sušiće is called. Anyone would think that it got its name from being dry, without water. The inhabitants of this village are thirsty to tell someone what's bothering them and that's why, for a short time, all other stories will stop.
