Ten kilometers through the most beautiful landscapes of southwestern Serbia. Our goal is to reach 1600 meters, where the only remaining katun is located. This is the last chance for the shepherds to return their cattle and sheep to the lower regions, because the snow has almost fallen. We arrived in the southwest of Serbia, more precisely in Prijepolje. We promised the Aničić family that we would come to Jadovnik to drive cattle with them, and they promised us an extraordinary adventure and a fairytale nature. Until we go to the mountains, we will also visit some Podjadovnica villages. On the way, we first stop at the famous Sopotnica waterfall. There is a legend about this waterfall that says that the inhabitants, due to the unbearable scarcity of drinking water, went in search of it. One night they fell asleep tired and thirsty. They were awakened by a voice that offered them to choose - water or happiness. Thirsty people were looking for water, and for happiness - they went further, to look for it themselves. Legend has it that they haven't caught up with happiness yet. What and for whom is happiness in the southwest of our country and why can we easily confuse Jadovnik with New Zealand, where the famous Hobbit trilogy was filmed?
