Today, we, OHANA, will play the Dixit board game. Rules: Each player will receive 6 picture cards. Each round, there will be 1 storyteller to choose 1 of their own picture cards and talk about the picture. It can be a message or a short sentence, depending on your imagination. Don’t show the picture card to anyone yet. When the remaining players receive the message from the storyteller, they must choose 1 of their own picture cards that they think are closest to the storyteller’s words. Then, collect each person’s picture cards and give them to the storyteller without showing them face down. The storyteller will shuffle the cards and place them face up on the table. Each player, except the storyteller, must choose 1 picture card or 1 number that they think is the storyteller’s card (they cannot choose their own card). The player who chooses the correct card will receive 3 points. At the end of the round, each player can draw 1 more picture card, meaning that everyone will have the same number of cards every round. Today, there will be 7 rounds, and the storyteller will change every round.
