In this episode we put into practice the noble art of delicacy. Recipe: Cockles with ginger, parsley and lemon: 1 kg - cockles 200 g - sliced onion 30 g - sliced garlic 50 g - chopped ginger 0.5 dl - extra virgin olive oil 1 dl - white wine qb parsley leaves qb juice of lemon to Alentejo bread toast Prepare a base with olive oil, onion, garlic and ginger. Increase the heat and add the cockles, soak with white wine, add the parsley and cover. As soon as the cockle opens, remove it from the heat. Lastly, add the lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil.
