About :

AREAS OF APPLICATION: The OFS needle valve nozzle type NVP is used for processing thermoplastics and thermoplastic elastomers. An integrated pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder controls the valve needle using a suspended lever, which closes and opens the mass flow in a controlled manner. The system is designed so that if excess pressure occurs, the nozzle is automatically forced open. Optionally, the nozzle can also be controlled via a machine-side rod. PRODUCT FEATURES: modular, robust construction wear-resistant design easy to use all parts can be supplied individually delivery includes heating band and thermal sensor flexible, customer-specific design easy to retrofit suitable for all injection molding machines optimal rheological design easy to maintain other options possible, such as • filter • mixer • piston position sensor • plastic-tight head geometry • pre-compressed injection • and much more.
