Now we are leaving Quiberon and fleeing to the south of France with the #motorhome to escape the impending rainy period at the beginning of October. First we want to visit #Nantes, and on the way there we stumble across the town of La Roche Berger. After a tour we fight our way through the rush hour in Nantes and park our camper at the parking space of the Domaine de la Chevrue winery. There we not only taste wine, but also enjoy the atmosphere, the friendly hosts and the short period of sunshine, which we use for a bike ride. In Sainte-Hermine we do our laundry at the Laverie, in Aulney we spend the night at the parking space there, and unfortunately we have to ignore the Cognac region for a bit. In Angoulême we cannot find a parking space for the van, so we visit La Rochebeaucourt-et-Argentine further south. Tourtoirac serves as a stop for dinner, and Salignac offers a parking space right in the middle of the schoolyard. Of course, you can't just leave the Dordogne Valley behind, so we at least visit the picturesque town of #Domme.
