While some accuse OFF of being artificial and closed to two generations of Poles, others hail it as one of the best spaces in Poland. OFF has stirred mixed feelings from the very beginning, but everyone agrees on one thing – it is Łódź in a nutshell and how it is constantly changing. This time, however, the scale of changes divides even enthusiasts of the former Ramisch factory. The revolution will eat up two of its children. The undeveloped part of the plot, separated from Piotrkowska Street by a wall for over 100 years, will become the location of a massive building. In the process, the new part of the complex will cover the mural-business card with the OFF inscription. The City Council has issued a permit for the investment. OPG is preparing to start it. When, if not now, can we talk about it?
