Sometimes the rodents steal the corn, sometimes they flood a field. And Markus Moor is always there to help. In the village they affectionately call him "Beaver Daddy". A stroke of luck for the canton. Because finding a solution in the event of a conflict is often lengthy and emotional. And always surprising. Like in Seedorf BE, where water buffalo now graze in the beaver territory. The busy rodents hardly leave anyone unmoved. The urban population is happy about the activities of the beavers right on their doorstep. For example, at Platzspitz in Zurich, where a beaver family lives in the middle of the summer party mile.
