Richard is a good friend of the show. In this interview he reveals that he is going to stop with OERsterk. For 12 years he has been passionately spreading his message to make the Netherlands vital. Richard's mission is to put an end to diseases of affluence and thus make humanity OERsterk and vital again. His goal has been achieved: he has reached more than 1 million Dutch people with the 'OERsterk virus'. He notices that it is now time for something new. In this podcast Richard explains this decision in detail. Is this a podcast with only a personal message from Richard? No! We discuss topics such as developmental trauma, how you can use your body as a guide for your healing and peeling off layers to get to your core. What I find very inspiring is Richard's vision of how you heal in connection.
