About :

The Obervermuntwerk II is the second largest power plant of illwerke vkw. The 500 million euro project in Montafon/Vorarlberg was completed in just under five years of construction. When it goes into operation in autumn/winter 2019, the pumped storage power plant will be one of the most modern plants in the world and will provide valuable peak and control energy to stabilize the European interconnected grid. In strong and impressive images, the construction documentation accompanies the construction of the hydroelectric power plant from planning to commissioning.
